Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") establishes the rules governing access to and use of the HitRevon Platform operated by HIT REVON LLC ("HitRevon," "we," "our," or "us").

This Policy applies to all users, including:

  • Visitors
  • Registered Users
  • Creators
  • Realtors
  • Brokers
  • Brokerages
  • Teams
  • Agencies
  • Enterprise Customers
  • API Users
  • Marketplace Participants

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy, the Terms of Use, and all other applicable HitRevon policies.

1. Purpose

Our goal is to maintain a secure, professional, and trustworthy platform for everyone.

Users are expected to use the Platform responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Lawful Use

You may only use the Platform for lawful purposes.

You agree not to use HitRevon to violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or contractual obligation.

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with applicable real estate, advertising, intellectual property, privacy, and consumer protection laws.

3. Account Integrity

Users may not:

  • Create fake accounts.
  • Impersonate another individual or business.
  • Share accounts with unauthorized users.
  • Provide false registration information.
  • Circumvent account verification processes.
  • Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to another account.

Each user is responsible for maintaining the security of their own account credentials.

4. Marketplace Conduct

Marketplace participants must act professionally and honestly.

Users may not:

  • Misrepresent qualifications or experience.
  • Submit fraudulent portfolios.
  • Publish misleading campaign information.
  • Manipulate ratings or reviews.
  • Interfere with other Marketplace participants.
  • Accept campaigns without intending to perform the work.

Professional communication is expected at all times.

5. Intellectual Property

Users must respect intellectual property rights.

You may not:

  • Upload copyrighted material without authorization.
  • Use trademarks without permission.
  • Copy or redistribute content you do not own.
  • Remove copyright notices.
  • Misrepresent ownership of creative work.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe the rights of others.

6. Artificial Intelligence

AI-powered features must be used responsibly.

Users may not use AI Services to:

  • Generate fraudulent or deceptive content.
  • Impersonate another individual.
  • Create misleading property information.
  • Produce unlawful content.
  • Circumvent Platform safeguards.
  • Generate spam or mass unsolicited communications.
  • Create content intended to facilitate fraud or illegal activity.

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publication.

7. Listings and Marketing

Users are responsible for ensuring that listings and marketing materials are accurate.

Users may not:

  • Advertise properties without authorization.
  • Publish misleading pricing.
  • Use deceptive photographs.
  • Misrepresent property availability.
  • Publish false claims.
  • Violate applicable advertising regulations.

8. Lead Generation

Lead generation activities must be legitimate.

Users may not:

  • Generate fake Leads.
  • Purchase fraudulent traffic.
  • Manipulate Lead attribution.
  • Submit false inquiries.
  • Interfere with Lead routing.
  • Artificially inflate campaign performance.

HitRevon reserves the right to investigate suspicious Lead activity.

9. Platform Security

Users may not attempt to compromise the security of the Platform.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Unauthorized system access.
  • Reverse engineering.
  • Circumventing security controls.
  • Uploading malware.
  • Introducing viruses.
  • Distributed denial-of-service attacks.
  • Credential theft.
  • Unauthorized vulnerability exploitation.
  • Interference with Platform availability.

Security incidents may be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.

10. Automated Access

Users may not access the Platform using unauthorized automated means.

Unless expressly authorized by HitRevon, prohibited activities include:

  • Scraping.
  • Crawling.
  • Automated data extraction.
  • Unauthorized bots.
  • Bulk account creation.
  • Automated account testing.

Authorized API access remains subject to applicable agreements.

11. Spam and Communications

Users may not use the Platform to:

  • Send spam.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Distribute phishing communications.
  • Conduct scams.
  • Spread malware.
  • Mislead Marketplace participants.

Communications should remain professional and relevant.

12. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload, publish, or distribute content that:

  • Is unlawful.
  • Is defamatory.
  • Is fraudulent.
  • Is abusive.
  • Promotes violence.
  • Contains hate speech.
  • Violates intellectual property rights.
  • Contains malware.
  • Invades another person's privacy.
  • Promotes illegal goods or services.
  • Exploits minors.
  • Encourages criminal conduct.

HitRevon reserves the right to remove prohibited content without prior notice.

13. Privacy and Personal Information

Users must respect the privacy of others.

You may not:

  • Collect personal information without authorization.
  • Publish another person's personal information without consent.
  • Attempt to access confidential information belonging to other users.
  • Use Platform data for unauthorized marketing.

14. Fair Competition

Users may not use the Platform to:

  • Interfere with another user's business.
  • Manipulate Marketplace rankings.
  • Artificially influence reviews.
  • Recruit users through deceptive practices.
  • Misuse confidential business information.

15. Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report suspected violations of this Policy.

Reports may include:

  • Fraud.
  • Copyright infringement.
  • Security vulnerabilities.
  • Marketplace abuse.
  • Fake accounts.
  • Spam.
  • Harassment.

16. Enforcement

HitRevon may investigate suspected violations of this Policy.

Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:

  • Issue a warning.
  • Remove content.
  • Suspend Marketplace access.
  • Restrict Platform features.
  • Suspend an account.
  • Permanently terminate an account.
  • Report unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities.

Enforcement decisions are made at HitRevon's reasonable discretion.

17. Changes to this Policy

HitRevon may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.

Material changes may be communicated through the Platform or by other appropriate means.

Continued use of the Platform after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

19. Effective Date
