This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy explains how copyright owners may report alleged copyright infringement and how HitRevon responds to such notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.
This Policy applies to all content made available through the HitRevon Platform, including but not limited to:

- Marketing materials
- Creator Marketplace content
- Graphics
- Logos
- Written content
- Audio
- AI-assisted content
- User-generated content
1. Respect for Copyright
Users may only upload, publish, distribute, or otherwise make available content that they own or have the legal right to use.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
2. Filing a Copyright Complaint
If you believe that material available on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA Notice containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including sufficient information to locate it on the Platform;
- Your full name;
- Your mailing address;
- Your telephone number;
- Your email address;
- A statement that you have
3. Required Statements
Your DMCA Notice must include the following statements:
> "I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
and
> "I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information contained in this notification is accurate and that I am the owner of the copyright or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner."
The notice must include your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may not be processed.
4. Counter Notification
If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter Notification.
Your Counter Notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled.
- The location where the material appeared before removal.
- Your full name.
- Your mailing address.
- Your telephone number.
- Your email address.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which HitRevon may be found.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA Notice or that person's authorized representative.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
5. Review Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, HitRevon may:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
- Notify the user who submitted the material;
- Request additional information from either party;
- Review the circumstances of the claim;
- Restore the material if a valid Counter Notification is received and no legal action is initiated within the time period required by applicable law.
HitRevon reserves the right to remove content that appears to infringe intellectual property rights even where a formal notice has not yet been received.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
HitRevon maintains a policy for addressing repeat copyright infringement.
Users who repeatedly upload or distribute infringing material may be subject to:
- Removal of specific content;
- Suspension of Marketplace privileges;
- Suspension of Platform access;
- Permanent termination of their Account.
Determinations are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case.
7. Misrepresentations
Submitting knowingly false or misleading copyright claims or Counter Notifications may result in legal liability under applicable law.
Users are encouraged to consult legal counsel before submitting a DMCA Notice or Counter Notification if they are uncertain about their rights.

9. Changes to this Policy
HitRevon may update this DMCA Policy from time to time to reflect:
- Changes in applicable law;
- Updates to our Platform;
- Improvements to our intellectual property procedures;
- Operational or business changes.
The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this Policy identifies the current version.
Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
